It would be interesting to see Canadian troops trading places with British Troops in Jamaica. How do u think the Canadians would fare? |

Sounds like a great book. A Canadian mandate in the Carribean would be very interesting. |

I've just started reading "Paris 1919" (a lovely book about the Paris Conference), and I've come across a few references of the British, before WW1, considering to give Canada some responibilities over some of Britain's Carribiean posessions. Suppose that the Brits gave Canada those islands in, say, 1910. Would Jamacia be a province? Whould they have all been sold off to America? How would this change that frozen land to the north? |
