No, it is New Era Old World, which has a similar premise (it began as a spin-off) but is set in Europe, North Africa and Asia.

Thousand-Week Reich - A 'realistic' Nazi victory scenario

In fairness, the "and its splinter states" help explain some of the favour for the Russian Republic over the USSR, and the Russian Republic was run by an at least nominally social democratic party until just before the start-date (while the main claimant to being the USSR's government is run by...

Thousand-Week Reich - A 'realistic' Nazi victory scenario

Technically Old World Blues is alternate history (Fallout has had an undefined divergence from the start, rather than being Dated Future like Wasteland became), but in practice, yeah, TWR.

25 days of legally mandated holiday. Good thing they take that break, too. Better for their health, and thus better for the quality of the game.

Perhaps military patrol/biathlon, too, if in winter.

Weirder still given all indications are that the launch of CK3 was very successful - for example, to be a bit contrary to Yorel here, most prominent CK2 mods (at least that were still being worked on at all) quickly jumped to CK3.

Because technically Bosnia was not a part of Austria-Hungary in 1906, as it was officially Ottoman territory Austria-Hungary had a treaty-given right to occupy and administrate (it was not officially annexed until 1908).

The laziness of representing religious tensions simply by railroading Pakistan into an early existence, even more so as the name was not firmly connected to the concept until later.

That is, indeed, the starting map in the Indian rework, disappointing as it is.

It won't, though. None of the states will be perfectly aligned to any one candidate. That means any vote, anywhere, can help tip the balance, rather than a situation where tons of votes are invalidated like the EC imposes.

Last I checked, in the current lore the Commune explicitly is less welcoming of reformists (specifically, SocDems) than the Union of Britain. That will of course change with the UoB rework, but so might the slave labour mentions for NatFrance with its rework.

Could we post reddit post links in spoilers? They tend to be long, which can cause issues for scrolling and loading.

WI: Adolf Hitler Leads the Liberals

The problem with making Liberal as dirty a word as Nazi is would be that unlike National Socialist, the Europe of the 20s and 30s had more than a few prominent, well-established parties using Liberal in their names and very clearly not ideologically in line with the Hitlerism.

I feel like there's room for a 'Mosley's grab at autocratic power backfires' situation, but what the Lawrence coup became was not it, a 'soft syndicalist' takeover makes far more sense than 'instant monarchy restoration' (laying the groundwork for a monarchy restoration that when triggered leads...

    Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg

The rework, from what we have been shown thus far, has the early revolution as soft and with a strong presence of non-socialists (remember, one thing we've been told is that the Liberal Party remained a major force in the elected parliament after the revolution), giving more credence to people...

Thousand-Week Reich - A 'realistic' Nazi victory scenario

It is probably worth pointing out that the German Civil War starts after Hitler's death of natural causes, so being Hitler's loyal wing of troopers is less of an impediment to trying to coup.

My firm headcanon extends basically to "Afghanistan invades the Dominion of India", otherwise I bounce around various scenarios and try to adjust them to KR's changing lore with minimal though non-zero 'this isn't actually possible' (like a reformed democratic Princely Federation that unites...

Basically Goebbels actually conquering the world in TWR is a 'there are people capable of conquering the world with Luxembourg in HOI4' contingency in a mod that keeps relatively close to HOI4 game mechanics. TNO... doesn't keep close to HOI4 mechanics, and so can put a stop to things like that.
