For instance, I heard on a Cine Capri documentary that the Star Wars fandom in Arizona alone was so enthusiastic, the prequels were made because of them, starting a huge action science fiction/fantasy action trend in America alone that lasted until 2019 (almost 20 years) and still continues to an extent today. Many anime and other shows made outside of the United States were and are also indirect offshoots of the legacy of this part in the history of the franchise.
I'm also curious about potential new art and music forms that could originate from there.
