Quick question - Whats the mood in the Red Army/the Party and regional comitees right now after Rykovs 1st year. How is he perceived by the soviet power structures?
Rather good, as veterans got rewarded and stayed influential trough their recomendations on how to raise and modernsie this army, that has given our goverment much support and backing from them.
If you are talking abut Stalin he would most likely go on whit similar economic policy,he might be a power hungry monster but he is not an idiot
Trotsky and Stalin are still wildcards that's for sure, but their influence internally has been well limited so far. Hitler might also be preventable, depending on our German politics and actions.

I think that NSDAP will somehow manage to take over Germany but not under Hitler, but under Strasserism influenced by the success of communism and USSR in general

Then it could potential be in coalition with the SPD (maybe even KPD) depending on how things go and would be more Socialist before Nationalist, so kind of the SNADP (Socialist National Workers of Germany Party).

With the United People's Republic's of China decision to End the Unequal Treaties and foreign rule over Leased Territories, to instead sign new Equal Treaties that would keep the ports and cities open for international business, but under Chinese authority and control, the maybe most surprising part was the backing for the Soviet Union for such a move, partially as a show the socialists and communists would treat their Asian brothers as equals, instead of treating them like children, or subjects, partially also to show the Soviet Union was unlike the European and American Western Capitalist Colonial and Imperial Powers. Sure this had the danger of the Americans and Europeans in retaliation later backing Chinese ambitions against the Soviet Union, but for now the demands of Wang were accepted by the European powers who gave back the territories, both to have good relations with China, instead of a conflict and because an overall sentiment of de-colonization had begun to grow in influence and could change the outcome of future elections as holding onto any form of Empire became increasingly unpopular after the Second World War, so that instead the British proposed a Union of Commonwealth Nations of their colonies and the French a Union Community of their colonies. The Soviet Union also hoped that would encourage the United People's Republic's of China further to consider joining the Leningradskiy Dogovor (Leningrad Pact). Meanwhile stronger United nations regulations, controls and overall world views had prevented the United States of America to conduct a series of nuclear tests in uninhabited the Pacific Ocean Islands.

A few weeks later a series of bombs explode in Jerusalem, sabotaging relations between the local Arabs, Jews and the British Transjordan League of Nations (United Nations) Mandate. At the same time the Soviet Union searched for the Tsarist Gold, which had gone missing during the Russian Civil War and which at least in parts had been stolen by retreating White Forces. Now they feared the White Russian emigres abroad could use it to finance counter-revolutionary ideas and movements, both within and outside of the Soviet Union, which was why the Soviets demanded it back from whichever country it might have stolen to and was now hidden, or secretly owned by. At the same time the Soviet Union outright denied paying any debt of the former Russian Empire, or the White Movements, claiming they were a new government and state that had nothing to do with their spending, economics and commitment to pay any of it back. It was partially a means of dividing the former White Movements and their foreign supporters during the Russian Civil War over an economic and financial division. At the same times questions about what to do with former Tsarist and Imperial White supporters still remaining in the Soviet Union. Some argued their expertise and skills could be needed in building up the Soviet economy, industries, government and even military, others feared their influence and agitation might lead to the spread of counter-revolutionary ideas and start a Second Russian Civil War against the Whites.

What to do with former Whites:
A) Pardon them as long as they work loyaly for our new government.
B) Keep a close eye on them and only releas them after they have proven they can be trusted again.
C) Never trust them, deport them to Siberia and use them as a forced labor army.

A for most of the rank and file
B for the those of more questionable loyalty
C for the hardcore whites, particularly senior leadership

This, most of the workers can be easily convinced to join us if we can show how they been mislead, coupled that with our relationship towards something like Church that is important to peasants and workers alike and they'll be good to go.

For the middle file it's more complicated but once they're secure and stable they won't have a problem with working with us, even if most of them will do it out of self service instead of devotion towards socialism, at least initially.

C is just for those who are truly irredeemable and can never accept a worker's state, most of who just so happen to be in leadership positions

B.

Well I hope Germany doesn't become fascist, I'm tired of them becoming far-right in any AH but I can see WW2 starting either from Japan, Italy, or some other far-right country like the Poland, the Baltics, or Balkans....

Honestly this could be interesting, far right coalition of Baltics, Poland and Romania who are spooked by a more stable and less isolationist USSR and who have land claims by them decide to create a anti Soviet pact and getting Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Hungary and Bulgaria to join them to also defend against German and Italian aggression

That would be interesting but Czechoslovakia wouldn't join Poland if Hungary joins since they claim Slovakia for themselves so I believe they may join either the Allies, Germany, or stay neutral since they wouldn't want to alienate or anger us once this alternate WW2 happens and Germany may become completely socialist/communist but with elections (even if it's rigged but elections already rigged anyways) while Italy may or may not form their own factions.

Italy tries invading Yugoslavia again and ends up getting it's ass kicked even harder
