Parks can be great to boost health and morale Comrades.

No seriously half the ideas I have I get while in my garden at the small tree stump throne-seat at our family lake just to be away from the big city I otherwise love so much ^^

This, we don't need to be ostentatious like the peacock like Czars but we shouldn't be a stereotypical grey looking commie land filled to the brim with buildings and apartment complex so well put together and in perfect symmetry that it looks like every Soviet city planner has intense OCD. We should certainly have our buildings be efficient first and foremost to ensure the good living and working of our people but there's nothing wrong with having our buildings be pleasant and nice to look at, as long as we're careful we can even make some bold building designs that stand out and serve as landmarks.

Speaking of city designs, could we talk about built-in city parks and greenery spread around the cities? Even outside of aesthetic reasons, having trees and public gardens would be a great way to ensure the average Soviet citizen shows a appreciation towards nature and hopefully avoid the ecological disasters that happened in the USSR of OTL, not to mention the advantages in morale and health that they bring.
I guess we could go whit Ex-Yugoslavia style

This mostly from part of Belgrade called Novi Beograd or New Belgrade

We could also mix both designs somewhat.
Agreed. The "People block" proposed by comrade @Icee would be excellent if used for apartments or business parks while while the designs of comrade @panpiotr allow us to highlight our most important buildings. Though I wonder how we'd keep D-6 secret, surely the workers constructing this giant network of tunnels would consider it worthy of conversation?

I'm not a big fan of Brutalism but if we fully go for a mix of them maybe once climate change becomes a problem we could change how our architecture would look...?

Also - we need to be careful with massive concrete tower blocks, in case of damp, and general dinginess, and badly maintained elevators.

If we must go with brutalism, let it at least be something in the style of Le Corbusier, not...whatever the heck post-WWII Britain tried to do. I mean, he did come over to the USSR IOTL:

We also cant forget that we are yet to achieve moneyless society and as such we can just throw money around. What i suggest if we are going to build stuff we must build them in way it will insert production and i also suggest we make a public transport like autobus that can transport citizen from their place of life to their work.
I also suggest to make sure our people block dont look the same or called the same,we dont want to be accused of lacking imagination or people mistaking where they live!

Agreed, after watching the video I thought we could make a building based on the region and climate earlier than OTL. Having micro districts would also be useful for the small towns since it would help increase the growth.

On the topic of the Soviet Navy it would take a few years until we reach our full potential when it comes to building ships, so maybe we could consider outsourcing production of ships to Germany? Germany is not allowed to expand their navy and luckly USSR is not a part of Washington Naval Treaty.

Placing orders to build Soviet ships in Germany could be a good option for us, as German shipbuilding companies are starved for contracts as their main customer (German State) is not allowed to place many new orders. So maybe we could approach Germans and see if we could place orders with a big "discount" so to say as a list of potential customers of German shipbuilding industry is probably not that long, so it would make USSR (with its potential number of purchases) their dream client and our negotiating position stronger.

That would be helpful for us and Germany but also increase our influence on their economy as a way to mitigate the market crash from the US.

Or we could offer them to build their ship at our docks

Great idea, it will once again show to German people that the USSR is currently their best and only reliable partner, the more we can convince them the Red government and way of life is what making a shitty situation easier, the quicker we can get a reliable Germany who's population is claiming for a socialist government to free them from the brutalities imposed by imperial powers and the effects of capitalism on their nation

And while the Washington Naval Treaty is in force we could capitalize on this and combine purchase of ships in Germany with our domestic production to close the gap between us and the West as quickly as possible

Zapadslavia and Yugoslavia Plans
our_soviet_union_world_map_by_sheldonoswaldlee_dfptt0r-fullview.jpg

With the signing of the Secret German-Lithuanian-Soviet Partition Plan of Poland the three nations decided that Germany and Lithuania (with Czechoslovakia refusing, not wanting to gain even more ethical Polish lands in the North) would breakup Poland among themselves. Germany would regain Pomerania, Pozen and Silesia, Lithuania would gain Western Vilna, the White Russian SSR would gain Eastern Vilna, Nowogrodek and Polesie for the White Russian SSR, as well as Volhynian, Tarnopol, Stanislawow and Lwow for the Ukrainian SSR. If possible, they would together try to get the League of Nations to find a solution by protecting the self-determination of ethnic White Russians and Ukrainiansplus Germans and Lithuanians in Poland who were so severely mistreated ny the Polish Regime and help the locals find the right decision during such a vote. One of the main local focuses was to at least neutralize Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Southern Europe out of the anti-Russian, anti-Communist and anti-Soviet Block that had formed after the Great War, winch mainly meant pushing the French out ofCentral Europe and Eastern Europe and the Balkans, by opposing their Little Entente Alliance. A proposed Tripartite Pact between the Soviet Union, Germany and Italy however fell flat because the Italian Fascists outright opposed working with their ideologically enemies for now, distancing themselves from their own socialist and syndicalist ideals and roots, while the Germans opposed working with the Italians, because they supported an independent Austria and even kept the ethnic German South Tirol region. Instead the officially so called East European Non-Aggression Pact (EENAP) was signed, with a secret protocol that divided up Europe across zones of interest and influence, opposing the Western/ British and French alliance network of Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Romania. It was agreed upon that Poland would ultimately divided, half between Germany and the Soviet Union should war with it break out, while Latvia and Estonia would become SSR and Lithuania would go to Germany, alongside Austria, Czechoslovakia would lose it’s ethnic German Sudetenlands to Germany, while the rest would go to the Soviet Union.

While the Soviet Union Red Navy decided to produce own transoirt Submarines to secretly smuggle raw resources and also military material to allies movements, the new state would express itself in a new, modern Soviet Architecture. At the same time the Soviet claim and demand to Romanian Bessarabia, once Russian Czarist lands, was paired with the wish to establish a Hebrew Nation State like Herzel envisioned there as a Jewish SSR, hoping to both swing LON opinion on the matter and to gain a new region, as well as increased Jewish immigration into the Soviet Union, winch was soon promoted in a Kolkhoz or Kibbutz like farming system plan for the area, winch basically would mean massive land redistribution for the new Jewish settlers. With Poland soon to be neutralized and Czechoslovakia allowing a push deeper into Central Europe and the Balkans, as well as split Eastern Europe by a Soviet Zone of influence, the push upon Romania was meant to easier secure the local Oil Fields in chase of a war. Meanwhile the Baltic States and Finland became more and more isolated, just like Poland and Romania, sparking ideas of a Miedzymorze (Intermarum) alliance between them, as the influence of their main ally France in Eastern Europe weakened. To weaken any such desire among the Polish, they were promised to not be absorbed into the Soviet Union, but to form their own internally major administration led by them Zapadslavia, winch would include Czechoslovakia, while the Serbs and other South Slavs of the Balkan were promised a similar organized and structured Yugoslavia, both part of the Soviet Union with internal autonomy. Meanwhile the Soviet Union tried to appease France and limit it’s fears by promising not to ally with Germany, winch was an outright lie. Meanwhile remnants of the Guominjun in the North and Kuomintang in the South opposed the new Chinese People’s Republic Unions. While the United States Congress approves the establishment of the Mammoth Cave National Park, before the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey is stroken by lightning, demandung un a fire winch would cause several million pounds of explosives to blow up in the next two to three days.

Improtant Note
The Polish Question:
A) Divide Poland with it's neighbors, or the League of Nations?
B) Align with the Polish to create a Zapadslavia (Polish Soviet Socialist Republic, PSSR)?

NOTE: To avoid your answer to be seen as spam, please write a short sentence to each (that you chose A, B, C, or maybe why you choose so, maybe that can even convince others to vote the same as you did).

Ideally, we should try and encourage a friendly socialist government in the remains of Poland.

Failing that, a neutral Poland is better than one allied with a hostile power.

A, if we can play our cards right we could be seen in the right light by the Poles for having rid them of "pesky unwanted minorities"and allowing a "pure" polish state, even if we'll push it towards revolution later anyways.
