unfortunately no, Mary will not have her husband's sister killed, it doesn't matter if she is a complete idiot
You use the word "immolate" which is defined as being offered up as a sacrifice by burning...
Alfred, Prince of Wales (January 06, 1532)
Joanna of Spain (daughter of Charles V) will work well for him, if her OTL husband died even younger
May 17, 1536
She will not remarry? She is only 20, and in this world is clearly very fertile

sorry, the right word should be unpopular

Most likely, perhaps with James V, which would not generate a personal union but would put the reins in Scotland in favor of England against France, the dauphin could also be a good husband if he lives longer than OTL, if Mary waits until 1539 she can marry Charles V and give an heir to Burgundy, or maybe she becomes a Victoria and mourns for the rest of her life, she has 7 children after all

Scotland and France had an alliance against England, and James will see no point in marrying the queen of England if he cannot get it through her

What is in it for him?
if Mary waits until 1539 she can marry Charles V and give an heir to Burgundy
Charles might be tempted by this offer: she is the young queen of England, formerly engaged to him anyway, and with no fear of union the parliament will accept

Excited for this! Bookmarking! However, two sets of twins both surviving and all the pregnancies so close together is very unlikely and ASB. Also, more likely the Prince of Wales name would be Edward if Henry and Thomas would be off the table, but I understand why you chose Alfred (great Anglo-Saxon king). Maybe eliminate Princess Margaret and put an extra year after first set of twins. Also push back George’s death date a year? Maybe like this?

1. Alfred, Prince of Wales (January 06, 1532)
2. Princess Catherine of England (January 06, 1532)
3. Princess Mary of England (March 21, 1534)

5. George, Duke of Wessex (July 30, 1537)
6. John, Duke of Bedford (July 30, 1537)

Sorry if I seem too involved/don’t want to be overbearing. Haven’t seen a TL like this! Overall great job!

It makes sense

Most likely, perhaps with James V, which would not generate a personal union but would put the reins in Scotland in favor of England against France, the dauphin could also be a good husband if he lives longer than OTL, if Mary waits until 1539 she can marry Charles V and give an heir to Burgundy, or maybe she becomes a Victoria and mourns for the rest of her life, she has 7 children after all
Charles V is 50/50, OTL he mourned Isabella of Portugal for the rest of his life even though he technically could’ve remarried and begat more heirs. She could marry James V, but as others have stated it’s unlikely due to the Auld Alliance, plus any son would have a good claim to both England and Scotland, and I don't know how many people at this time would want even a chance of a personal union. Ironically, she could marry Phillip (son of Charles V) like in OTL, but earlier in 1543 before Maria Manuela (butterflying away Carlos) or in 1545 (could butterfly away Carlos by making him stillborn or a girl). Alternatively, she could marry Luis, Duke of Beja as a Hapsburg proxy if Parliament is worried about a King who would be ostensibly too powerful (as he is just a duke). At this point and time, there are a lot of options.

P.S. I promise I won't keep bothering you too much OP.
