Animal Farm, a musical owned and produced by the CIA, with the musical of 1984 coming out next year if this one is recieved well...
I remember reading in Variety that, back in 1991, Andrew Lloyd Weber was working on a particularly tasteless adaptation of David Henry Hwang's hit play M. Butterfly called Mister Saigon. Apparently the play was going to be about the transvestite prostitute market during the Vietnam War. 
The play based on "Ode to a Small Lump of Green Putty I Found in My Armpit One Midsummer Morning" by Grunthos the Flatulent.
