WI: Lord Randolph Churchill lives longer

Suppose Winston Churchill's father, Randolph, doesn't develop health issues (from syphilis or otherwise), and therefore remains alive and vigorous well into the 20th Century. Would he become PM, and what are the likely effects on Winston and his career?
I realize the POD here is pre-20th century, but put it here because the effects would be mostly post 1900. If a moderator wishes to move it I have no objection.

Nothing really, his career was thankfully dead.
Winston made his own path in politics, I'm really not sure his disaster prone father helps in any serious way, indeed may actually be a detriment.

You don't believe his health affected his personality, reasoning and judgment? I'm thinking a healthy Randolph's career would not have derailed?
